Job Responsibilities

  • Daily contact with overdue customers
  • Discuss debts with customers
  • Determine customer financial/credit situation
  • Collect important financial information
  • Negotiate debt repayment arrangements
  • Follow-up / manage customer accounts
  • Other duties as needed or assigned

Applicant Qualifications

  • Professional countenance
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalency
  • Positive work ethic


  • Part time and Saturday schedules available
  • Monday - Thursday -- 9:00a to 8:00p
  • Monday - Friday -- 8:00a to 5:00p
